Who’s Just Diamonds?

My name is Erica Conway, owner, diamond expert and jewelry designer at Just Diamonds. When I was 19 years old I was asked to work for the largest jewelry chain in America. At that time I knew nothing about diamonds or jewelry but it didn’t take long for me to fall in love with diamonds. As a requirement I had to study diamonds through the Diamond Counsel of America. Learning everything from diamond composition to mining; my love for the industry grew stronger.

After about a year and a half I was recruited into the diamond wholesale market and built several key relationships with diamond sources that are second to none. I helped hundreds of retail jewelers all over the country find the perfect diamond for their clients. Even though I learned more wholesaling diamonds than I ever could learn in a textbook, I still decided to continue my education with diamond courses at the Gemological Institute of America! Dealing with jewelers that have been in the business 50+years was extraordinary. I knew I wanted to open a company someday and use what I’ve learned to be the very best in the industry.

From there I went on to work for a private local jeweler and then even managed a store for that big chain that brought me into the business to begin with! But still, no one was doing things the way I knew would be best for the client which is why I came up with the ‘three step process’ and started Just Diamonds!

For the past 16 years I have passionately helped thousands of individuals find the best diamond and created perfect rings to display their beauty! Whether I worked for myself or a different company, I always put my heart and soul into the rings I have created. Today I am able to simplify the process for my clients and offer untouchable pricing.
